Manufactured by Rig Source, Terramac rubber tracked crawler carriers were built for complete customization and will be available for sale and for rent this spring. Terramac’s first crawler carrier model is mid-sized with an 18,000 pound carrying capacity and a Cummins diesel engine.  Both closed cab and open cab crawler carrier units will be available.  The unit also has a 12 V battery and a 2-speed HST transmission with auto down shift.

Rig Source took several factors into consideration when creating this high quality product, including: customer feedback, safety, efficiency, the need for customization via easy front & rear bolt-on attachments and timely availability.

For our customers in the pipeline, mining, general construction and drilling industries, safety is always a primary concern. Therefore, our crawler carrier unit is equipped with rollover protective structures (ROPS) and falling object protective structure (FOPS) components.  OEM’s may choose to mount their machines (cranes, drills, etc.) on Terramac crawler carriers for increased versatility as well.  We think you'll be impressed!
